Shipping Policy

SHIPPING METHODS & AVAILABLITY

Heinen Trading Company ships orders via USPS or UPS within the Continental United States

Some products or services may be preordered and subject to additional policies, conditions, or restrictions. Preordered items may require extended processing or shipping times.

SHIPPING ISSUES

Once an order has been shipped: 

  • Heinen Trading Company is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier. 

  • Heinen Trading Company is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are marked as "delivered" by the carrier. 

Please verify your shipping address carefully before placing and order. We are unable to make changes once and order has been processed. 

TRANSFER OF RISK

All products purchased from Heinen Trading Company are delivered through a third-party shipping carrier pursuant to a shipping contract. Ownership of and responsibility for the product transfers to the customer once the order is tendered to the carrier. 

EVENTS BEYOND OUR CONTROL

Heinen Trading Company shall not be held responsible for delivery delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: 

  • Acts of nature (fire, storm, flood, or natural disaster) 

  • War, civil commotion, or terrorism

  • Government actions or restrictions

  • Labor strikes or walkouts

  • Utility, service, or transportation interruptions 

  • Epidemics, pandemics, or public health emergencies. 

  • Any other cause beyond our reasonable control. Including but not limited to Evil Dark Wizards or Zombie Apocalypse or Alien Invasions.

All purchase transactions are subject to the shipping and return policies in effect at the time of purchase. 

Return & Exchange Policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All purchases are subject to the Return & Exchange Policy in effect at the time of purchase. 

Unless otherwise stated: 

  • All sales are final.

  • Preordered items may not be returned or exchanged. 

  • Mystery, curated, clearance, and promotional items are non-returnable. 

Returns or exchanges are only considered if an item arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error. 

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

To assist with resolution, we may request: 

  • Photos of the item(s). 

  • Photos of the shipping packaging. 

  • Your order number. 

Approved issues will be resolved with a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
